• Customers are responsible for returning merchandise using a traceable delivery method (such as courier or registered post).

• Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

3. Delivery Charges

• Original delivery charges are not refundable. 

4. Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund request.

• Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days after we receive your returned product.
