Welcome to the Necklace Noir Shipping Policy. We want every order you place with us to reach you safely, quickly, and with complete transparency.

Delivery Timeframe

All our packages are fully insured and the delivery times below include both production and shipping time:

• Standard Shipping (within Pakistan): 4–5 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment. 

Address Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If your shipping address differs from your billing address, please make sure to specify it clearly. 

Shipping Notifications & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a Shipping Notification via email or SMS.

This notification will include your:

• Order ID

• The date your order was shipped

You can also track your order by visiting our “Track My Order” page and entering your Order ID and email address.
